Jamie Borwick - Chairman
Jamie has a wealth of managerial experience, having been Chief Executive of Manganese Bronze Holdings plc, an engineering group that is most famous for the London Black Cab, and chairman of several start-up technology businesses. In addition, Jamie founded Modec Limited, a company developing new urban delivery electric vehicles. He is interested in the development of lithium sulphide batteries which the electric vehicle market recognises could be a major part of its commercial strategy. 

Gleb Ivanov, PhD - Managing Director
Gleb is a material scientist with over 12 years experience in licensing and innovation management. He has been involved in establishing and running a Moscow based technology consultancy and licensing company providing services to multinationals like Daimler-Chrysler, Samsung and DASA (Deutsche Aerospace). Having completed management training, he further co-founded three UK companies successfully developing their businesses around Russian technologies including recently floated Hardide plc. Gleb has BSc physics and PhD in materials science from Moscow State University.

Ken Pelton FCMA MSc
As part time Finance Director of the company Ken Pelton covers the financial, legal and secretarial functions. Ken has acted as Finance Director of Beamtech, Integrated Micro Products plc and Pharmagene plc and has served as a non executive director for several public companies. Previously Ken worked as an engineer with GEC Elliott Automation and as a Director of fund manager Murray Johnstone Developments Ltd.

Madeline Seymour - Office Manager
Madeline Seymour provides Administration and Financial support for the company. She has a background in marketing, office administration and financial services. She has qualifications in Business Studies and Marketing and is a qualified Financial Advisor.
